Drift is a structured breath-hold programme designed to teach anyone — regardless of fitness level or prior experience — how to move through water with control, calm, and confidence.

Built on a simple principle: comfort in the water is not a talent. It is a skill. One that can be learned, practised, and refined through the right techniques, in the right order, at the right pace.

Ten modules cover everything from breathing mechanics and relaxation to movement, equalisation, safety, and mental focus. Each is self-contained, progressive, and designed to be studied online — then applied in the water.
